Dear Patient:
Welcome
to Lubbock Cancer Center. Outlined below you will
find our office policies pertinent to the success
of our mission, which is to “Serve Our Community
with Excellence”. Please review them carefully, and
feel free to call or come by with any questions
or for assistance.
Although
we make every effort to keep appointment times,
we see patients who are very ill and need immediate
medical attention. Due to unforeseen circumstances,
we may not be able to see you at your scheduled
appointment time. We apologize for any delay or
increased waiting time you may experience during
your visit, and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Wireless internet access is available as a
convenience for our patients and visitors.
If your laptop computer has a wireless card, you
will be able to connect to the internet in either
the lobby or infusion center.
For
your convenience there are links to
the left for our office and billing policies, as
well as new patient registration forms that you may
print and complete prior to your appointment.
